Mothership

Sometimes a simple analogy and two pictures can say more than a whole volume on the subject. Check out this LTI blog post.

About Eric Farr

Eric is privileged to be an elder at Grace Fellowship, a husband to an amazing woman (Donna), and daddy to two cool kids (Austin and Savannah). If he had free free time, Eric would probably go fishing, boating, or shoot some amateur photography.

Great contrasting photos. What a great comparison! It takes a few seconds to realize that the bottom photo is of an astronaut on a spacewalk. I first thought it to be another baby in a different position.

Another deep thought…With the recent events about the space shuttle and the repairs required, it seems like the shuttle now has a better chance of “safe entry into this world” after the last disaster with Columbia.

Tonight many babies around the world deserve the same chance at attempting “safe entry” in their own shuttle/mothership.

Hopefully one day there will be no more worries about the “heat burning up the ship upon entry”, repairs will be made to fix the damage in our country and the world, and all children will have the chance to be born and to live.

I am all analogized out for one day.

I sent a copy of my comments above to LTI and was honored to get a reply from the president of LTI.

    Pretty cool!

Pretty cool. I guess that explains his surprise post on the “Frist and ESCR” discussion.
