Over the weeks, we have leaned into Paul’s private leadership coaching of Timothy. So far, the subjects of identity, attitude, and consistency have been vital for Timothy if he is to be an effective spiritual leader. Today, Paul turns to help Timothy view life through the specific roles people play in everyday life. In doing this, Timothy will have a better understanding of his role as a leader in the Church at Ephesus.
