GraceTALK, July 2019

Sunday, July 7, 2019 by Dan Miller, Marty Kronz, Zach Watson and Kevin Schultz 1 Comment

We value asking questions to better understand how to live life in a God-centered, Christ-exalting way. We believe that church should be the best place in which people can get solid answers to life’s questions.

I. Is it possible that Judas trusted Christ before He died and that his soul was saved?

II. I have a friend who attends a “house-church” that was established due to bad experiences in a more traditional church setting. The house-church consists of family and friends, but they don’t meet every week, nor do they observe things like baptism, the Lord’s Supper, etc., and yet my friend believes they are more authentic or “biblical” than other churches. What do you think of that model? Also, what is your opinion on attending church online or watching messages online vs. attending a church service on Sunday?

III. What is the difference between Roman Catholic belief and what we believe?

IV. How does a Christian get forgiven of sin after becoming a Christian?

I was wondering what Pastor Dan’s take on 1 John 1:9 is in the life of a believer.
