In Jonah’s story, we have seen both the soaring truths of God’s grace and mercy for undeserving people as well as deep expressions of racism, ungratefulness, and self-centeredness by Jonah – a prophet of God. Today, as our study comes to an end, we will discover that Jonah’s story is not really about Jonah… there is a surprise character waiting for us at the end.
