A Parents Guide to the 5 Skeptics Who Want to Shame Your Kids for Being Christian

Monday, June 25, 2018 by Pat Dirrim Leave a Comment

One of the goals of FourWORDs Student Ministry is to equip the students to be able to withstand critiques, attacks, and arguments against Christianity and their faith. We have done this through fall retreat themes (Reasons To Believe), through WIRED teaching series (Creeds, Councils, & Cults) as well as through conferences we have taken the students to (reTHink Apologetics Conference). It is important, though, that parents join in on this process and engage their students as well and to that end I highly commend this blog as well as the various resources it refers to. It is imperative that we as parents bring up these tough topics with our kids and let them know that there are good and satisfying answers to them.  Showing them that and where to turn is a key component to good shepherding of our children!
