At Grace Fellowship, we value asking questions to better understand how to live life in a God-centered, Christ-exalting way. We believe the church should be THE place you can go to to get biblical answers to real life issues. In order to encourage an environment that fosters this, we have what we call “graceTALK” every quarter. During GraceTALK, some of our pastors will answer questions that have been submitted. During the session we will also feature follow-up questions via an open mic. We also offer the option of texting your question to the church if speaking during the open mic portion is not your cup of tea.
To get you thinking, here is the fourth question we will be discussing in this week’s GraceTALK:
I have a friend who “speaks in tongues” and believes every Christian should also. As we spoke, I got the distinct impression that she did not feel I was “walking in the Spirit” in this regard. I was both irritated by her attitude and confused because it does make sense that if I am “in the Spirit” that I should show the activity or fruit of the Spirit… Confused.
