Dear Grace Fellowship Family,

Hope you are having a wonderful day. We just wanted to share a few quick announcements about the new buildings.

As many of you know, we have been making plans to build our new facilities on Ronald Reagan. Thursday, we signed the contract with Merit Construction. Yesterday, we closed on our loan for the new facilities.

Throughout this process, God has continued to bless us in numerous ways. Yesterday, as we prepared for the closing, the attorney contacted us and told us that he “felt led” too donate all of his services. He literally charged us nothing! This saved the church a lot of money, and was just one of hundreds of ways that God has blessed us throughout this process.

We just want to praise the Lord, and thank Him for all that He has done.

If things go according to plan, the contractor will receive a permit from the county allowing him to start the project in about 10 days! The first thing he will do is to provide silt fencing for erosion control. Then the demo of the house will begin. The contractor will then begin to do the site work. This should take about 6 weeks.

After the site work is complete, we will then plan a “ground-breaking”. Until then, the contractor has requested that all of us stay off of the property since it will soon be a construction worksite.

We will keep you updated as more news develops. Please continue to pray for unity, clarity, wisdom and peace as we seek to honor the Lord in all of these things.

Continue to pray and ask things like, “How can the Lord use me to build His kingdom as we prepare for the new facilities?”, and “Who is God bringing into my life that I can talk to about Jesus?”

There are huge and exciting ministry opportunities, and we want all of us to be a part of what God is doing in our church.
