The Leadership Team answers your questions.
Q1 (1:58). The Bible has said that whoever goes to heaven will be like God, so does that mean that my grandmother who died not too long ago, can see us now?
Q2 (13:18). How do we know the Holy Spirit is at work in our lives? There are some that almost seem to look down on the Spirit since they never mention Him, and there are others who always talk about the Spirit but seem to attribute everything to Him. Some people are emotional while others are more cerebral, so where is the balance between those two approaches? I want to feel and recognize God’s Spirit and yet don’t want to be a kook living with my head in the clouds and being no earthly good.
Q3 (26:45). Where is the balance in knowing God is in control and being responsible and having robust action when it comes to the things of this world like politics, social justice, etc.? I find some Christians live in a bubble and throw around “God is sovereign” and it seems like an excuse to be lazy in action!
Q4 (44:49). How exactly do I love my enemy? Are there particular steps you can offer to do this well?
