Calling All Cowards!

Thursday, March 1, 2012 by Dan Miller 1 Comment

If you have been one of those people who believes abortion is wrong but not wrong enough to oppose in all ways possible then consider this: There are now “monsters among us” who are calling for the termination of an infant AFTER they are born.

Two ethicists working with Australian universities argue in the latest online edition of the Journal of Medical Ethics that if abortion of a fetus is allowable, so to should be the termination of a newborn.

Alberto Giubilini with Monash University in Melbourne and Francesca Minerva at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne write that in “circumstances occur[ing] after birth such that they would have justified abortion, what we call after-birth abortion should be permissible.”

If you are a person who believes in “loving” people into change or a person who adheres to the position that Christians should not get involved in social issues, I would urge you to wake up. If you can’t get vocal regarding this monstrous position  then it is no longer about the issue, it is about your soul. Stop being a coward.  It’s time to “man-up” and oppose abortion and after-birth abortions.

With all the news about Gosnell, and people saying “no matter what you position on abortion is we all agree this is wrong” … I was reminded of this article just last year. Looks like the original journal article was removed.
