Monday, June 25, 2007 by Hugh Williams 4 Comments

I just got this e-mail from from DesiringGod.org:

Every book in our store will be $5 on June 27-28, Wednesday and Thursday this week.

No limits, so spread the word.

Anybody care to weigh in on some must-read titles from DG?

About Hugh Williams

Hugh Williams is one of the Connections teachers at Grace Fellowship. You may notice him playing bass with the music team on Sunday mornings, too, when he works hard on smiling while reading music and keeping rhythm at the same time. A native of the New York City area, Hugh and his wife, Krista, have lived in the Atlanta area since 1997.

Three recommendations, in order: Don’t Waste Your Life, Desiring God, and When I Don’t Desire God: How to Fight for Joy. (The third is really just a practical guide to Desiring God, but it really helps solidify some of Piper’s theological points for everyday living.)

At $5 a pop, I’m just going to get most of the ones I don’t have!
