Revelation 1:3 says “Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.” As we approach the final lesson in our study of How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth, I encourage you to head those words and listen to the book of Revelation. Most of John’s First Century audience received his words this way. It allows us to get the sweep of the letter in a way that reading often causes us to miss.
