Philly Day Three

Thursday, July 14, 2005 by Kevin Schultz 3 Comments

Well I just wrote a long blog about today and I just lost it. Par for the course. I will be more concise this time.

*Everything went wrong today with the XP conversions.
*I kept my commitment to my customers to return their laptops with XP the next day.
*A lot of people worked extra hours to get things done today for me.
*Through God’s grace I handled the situations well.

Here is a part of a favorite song of mine that explains the day better than I could:

“‘Cause I trust no other source or name
No where else can I hide
‘Cause this grace gives me fear
And this grace draws me near
And all that it asks it provides”

-“Awake My Soul” – Sandra McCracken

Amen

Sorry to hear about your rough day. I’ve been following your progress this week. Hopefully, today has gone better. I’ll be praying that you have a safe trip home to Tracy and the munchkins!

Kevin, it’s so funny to read your entry since I know you and getting things done/making sure you are thorough in your responsibilities is a huge deal for you. At times, I know you can take the world on your shoulders in trying to be so responsible and for that I am grateful. You are a thoughtful person and I am sure God has been blessing those around you with the God-centered ethic you have.

Just remember when things can’t be fixed: there is only one Messiah and your not Him. Hope the trip back home was great…
